Revenue of $5M – $100M
Focus on integrators with large blue chip accounts in niche market verticals or geographies
Ability to sell remote video monitoring services to current account base
Strong team (sales people with strong relationships, technicians or IT staff with good experience etc.)
Remote Video Monitoring Companies (Commercial / Industrial)
RMR $100k+
Revenue of $1M- $100M
Commercial or industrial clients (nonresidential)
Ideally with RMR locked in by contracts
Complimentary industry vertical or geography to existing portfolio assets
Security Company with Proprietary Technology or Assets For Remote Video Monitoring
Company has proprietary technology such as video analytics, hardware, other, which can be beneficial for other Auxo portfolio businesses
Assets may include trucks, inventory, or staff where owners are looking to liquidate (either entirely or a portion of their business)
